Editorial Standards & Corrections

The rules we hold ourselves to as a news aggregation service. Last reviewed: 11 June 2026.

1. Attribution & sourcing

  • Every story names the original publisher prominently, both on the headline card and the story page.
  • We publish concise summaries only — never the full text — and link directly to the publisher's original report.
  • We do not alter the substance of headlines. Truncation for display never changes meaning.
  • Publication timestamps reflect the original publisher's stated time wherever available.

2. Advertising & sponsored content

  • All paid placements are labelled "Advertisement" or "Sponsored".
  • Advertising never influences which stories we aggregate or how they are summarised.
  • Sponsored announcements submitted via our partnerships programme are published separately from editorial aggregation and always labelled.
  • We decline advertising that conflicts with applicable law or these standards.

3. Corrections

If we have summarised a story inaccurately, mislabelled its source, or displayed incorrect metadata, we will correct or remove the item promptly — normally within one business day of verification.

To request a correction, email editor@econpulse.my with the story link and the issue, or use the contact form (select "Editorial / correction request"). Corrections to the underlying report itself are the original publisher's responsibility; we will update or drop our summary to match their corrected version.

4. Publisher & removal requests

We aggregate from publicly available RSS feeds that publishers provide for syndication. If you represent a publisher and prefer not to be included, email us and we will remove your feed and existing summaries within two business days.

5. Feedback

Reader feedback on coverage, source selection or site experience is welcome at editor@econpulse.my. We read everything and respond to substantive editorial queries within 1–2 business days.
