Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026. This policy explains what data EconPulse collects and how it is used, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Reading the site
You can read every page without registering. We do not require accounts and do not set tracking cookies of our own. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept by our hosting provider for security and capacity purposes.
Contact & press release forms
When you submit our contact or press release forms we store the details you provide — name, company, email, subject and message — together with your IP address (used only for spam prevention). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
To have your submission deleted, email editor@econpulse.my.
Advertising
We display banners for sponsors and partners. For our own image banners we count anonymous, aggregate impressions and clicks; no personal profile is built. Where third-party ad code (such as an ad network) appears, that network's own privacy policy governs any data it processes, and we encourage you to review it.

Every news story links to the original publisher. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy applies.
Your rights & contact
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have provided to us. Contact editor@econpulse.my and we will respond within 14 days.
